Do we have space for a sleep center? How will we staff it? PDS understands the addition of a new service can raise several questions and even some apprehension. We will help you work through it all.
Step one
PDS provides you with a business plan template and market assessment tools.
Step two
When we've established a mutual interest, a PDS manager will provide an on-site consultation to assess your complete facility operational needs.
Step three
Upon approval of a partnership with PDS, we proceed with implementation and have you operational within 45 days. PDS provides:
- Installation of all necessary equipment including digital polysomnograph, audio/video monitors, infrared emitters, CPAP/BiPAP, remote control devices, color printer, scanner and consumables
- Installation of Digital Courier™ secure data transfer service and online review
- For Level 2 partners, a complete training program by credentialed, experienced educators. The training program provided is a approved through American Academy of Sleep Medicine’s (AASM) A-Step accredited program.
Step four
- PDS works hand in hand with you to ensure ongoing success
- PDS thoroughly trains your support staff, physicians, etc. in processes and identifying patients to be referred to the sleep center
Policy Manual, Procedure Manual, Training Manual and Operations Manual are provided
Once your sleep center is established, PDS provides ongoing support for your ongoing success.
