Rex Carlson named Chief Operating Officer

Rex Carlson has been named Chief Operating Officer of Precision Diagnostic Services, Inc. in Fargo, ND. He is responsible for the overall business operations as well the development of short-term and long-term business strategy.
Carlson was a former tax partner with Eide Bailly, LLP and personal advisor to the shareholders of R.D. Offutt Company.
Carlson holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in Accounting from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks. He received a Master’s Degree in Business Taxation from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management, Minneapolis.
