The American Academy of Sleep Medicine developed the A-STEP program. A-STEP stands for Accredited Sleep Technology Education Program. PDS was one of the first 25 providers in the country to receive A-STEP accreditation of its educational program. This accreditation demonstrates PDS’ commitment to the promotion of the standardization of sleep technologist education and provision of educational services which meet the standards of the national accrediting body.
The North Dakota Center for Sleep is accredited by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM). The full service sleep center is the only independent accredited program in its service area.
PDS at Sleep Center of the Midwest is accredited by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM).
The CPAP Store & Sleep Easy Therapeutics has met strict quality standards and is accredited by the nationally-recognized Joint Commission. Sleep Easy provides sleep apnea treatment products: CPAP systems, masks, accessories, education, support, and follow-up after diagnosis.
Grant recipient of $343,611 from the Distance Learning and Telemedicine Grant Program administered by USDA-Rural Development. The grant was created to encourage, improve, and make affordable the use of telecommunications, computer networks and related technology for rural communities to improve access to educations and/or medical services.
